Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used seed packets.
• Perishable items or custom orders.
• Gift cards and promotional items.

Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact us with your order number and details of the return request.
2. Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

• We replace defective or damaged items. For an exchange, provide a description of the issue and a photo if applicable.
